We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEN Primary Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive school community. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students with diverse needs, helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

  • Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of SEN students
  • Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other professionals
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development
  • Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary
  • Work closely with parents, caregivers, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for each student
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant SEN experience
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective teaching strategies for SEN students
  • Strong understanding of the SEN Code of Practice and relevant legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
