Education and Training

£20 - £30 Per hour

  • Provide tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' academic progress
  • Monitor and evaluate students' progress regularly, adjusting teaching methods as necessary
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Specialist knowledge and experience in SEN education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with students with SEN

  • Understanding of SEN legislation and best practises
  • Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills

The role involves working with students on a one-to-one basis. It may require occasional travel to different educational settings within the area.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
