Are you an experienced and dedicated SEN Support Specialist seeking a new opportunity within a mixed-age SEN institution? Teaching Personnel are seeking multiple SEN Support Assistants to join our dynamic team and support our schools in Cambridge and surrounding areas.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven background in providing support to people with SEN.
  • Availability for full-time commitment during regular school hours (Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 3.30pm).
  • Enhanced Child Workforce DBS check, or willingness to apply for one.
  • Valid Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Support students with SEN in their academic and personal development.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of lesson plans.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
