SEN Learning Mentor Needed - Blackpool 

Location: Blackpool
Start Date: 6th November 2025
Pay: £90 - £100 per day

Are you dedicated to supporting students with special educational needs? Teaching Personnel is seeking an SEN Learning Mentor to join a mainstream primary school in Blackpool, working with learners in the specialist provision unit. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on young lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted support to students with SEN to enhance their learning experience.
  • Foster an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
  • Mentor students to boost their confidence and independence.
  • Monitor student progress and communicate feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Collaborate with staff to implement individualized learning plans.

Requirements:

  • GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
  • A passion for helping students with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to diverse learning needs.
