Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking for a new opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs? A well established school in Aldershot is seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join their team and provide tailored educational support to students with varying needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons adapted to the needs of students with SEN.
Support students with a range of learning difficulties, including autism, ADHD, and emotional or behavioural challenges.
Work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to create individualized learning plans.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that promotes student development.
Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.


Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience working with SEN students in either a mainstream or specialist school.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with support staff, parents, and external professionals.
Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting each student's individual needs.
A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
