Your responsibilities as a SEN Teacher Assistant will include -

• Keeping up to date with safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
• Adapting teaching to better suit each learners needs
• Train in and consistently apply Positive Behaviour Support strategies / handling techniques
• Know, implement and actively contribute to the development of risk assessments and plans and report when necessary
