We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled SEN Teacher to join our dedicated team, supporting students with a wide range of Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role is open to both SEN specialists and mainstream teachers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs. Whether you are primary or secondary trained, we welcome your application!

  • Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of SEN students
  • Create an inclusive learning environment, supporting pupils with varying SEN requirements
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants and SEN coordinators to develop individualized learning plans
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed
  • Foster a positive, supportive atmosphere, helping students build confidence and achieve their potential
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • Experience or a strong interest in working with children who have SEN
  • Mainstream teaching experience is welcomed, with a commitment to SEN development
  • Adaptability and creativity in lesson planning and delivery
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
