SEN Teacher - Cardiff

Teaching Personnel are looking for dynamic Teachers to work within an SEN environment. Are you a NQT or FQT looking for a highly rewarding role within a primary SEN school? We are looking for candidates who create and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with special educational needs. It will be essential to adapt teaching strategies and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting realistic learning objectives for students.
• Applying relevant behaviour management techniques when necessary
• Ensuring students are suitably challenged based on individual needs.
• Setting tasks that maintain student engagement.
• Planning and delivering lessons alongside teaching assistants.

Here is what you need to apply:

• Enhanced Childcare DBS on the update service
• Experience working in SEMH schools.
• 2 most recent teaching references.
• Flexible working hours and strong communication skills.
• Have a QTS qualification.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
