Three R's are working with SEN schools in Ashford and the surrounding area to provide SEN Primary and SEN Secondary Teachers to support their students by providing an enthusiastic and inclusive learning environment. As a SEN cover teacher, you'll help us deliver consistent education to help students thrive across a verity of schools. The ideal SEN Teacher will:

• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage and support students with diverse learning needs
• Adapt strategies where needed to support students with a range of SEN including SEMH, ADHD, autism as well as speech, language and communication difficulties
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
• Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to ensure holistic support for students
• Have ability to travel and work across a variety of schools, gaining diverse teaching experiences and broadening professional skills

SEN Teacher requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working with students with SEN and SEMH needs
• Strong understanding of various SEN strategies and interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed
