A highly reputable Special Educational Needs (SEN) school group is seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join their dynamic team at the Silverstone site. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of students with SEN.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in consultation with parents and colleagues.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being and achievement.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in SEN or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in teaching children with Special Educational Needs.
  • Strong knowledge of SEN best practices and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students, helping them to achieve their full potential.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
