A highly reputable and well-established SEN school group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join their dynamic team at the Wisbech site. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated educator to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized and innovative teaching strategies tailored to individual student needs.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that encourages progress and development.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong knowledge of SEN practices, including autism, ADHD, and other learning disabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A patient, empathetic, and resilient attitude.
