A highly reputable and dedicated SEN school group is seeking an experienced and passionate SEN English Teacher to join their dynamic team at the Wisbech site. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and success of students with special educational needs in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with SEN.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and progress.
  • Collaborate with the SEN team to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization or experience in SEN.
  • Proven experience teaching English to students with special educational needs.
  • Strong understanding of various SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
