A highly reputable SEN School Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEMH Teacher to join their esteemed secondary alternative provision in High Wycombe. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a supportive and forward-thinking educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and deliver tailored educational programs for students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
*Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes engagement and learning.
*Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including SENCOs, psychologists, and social workers, to address individual student needs.
*Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies to ensure academic and personal growth.
*Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and caregivers to support holistic development and well-being.
*Implement effective behavior management strategies and provide emotional support to students.

Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
*Proven UK experience working with students with SEMH needs in a secondary education setting.
*In-depth knowledge of SEMH challenges and effective teaching strategies.
*Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students and collaborate with colleagues.
*Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
*Excellent organizational and communication skills.
*Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
*Relevant training or qualifications in SEMH, such as a postgraduate qualification or specialized courses, is advantageous.
