TP Tutors are recruiting SEN Teachers to tutor children and young people in the Mansfield area (NG19).

The SEN Teacher will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with special educational needs (SEN). They will create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, develop individualised education plans, and collaborate with other professionals to support the overall development of students.

  • A recognised teaching qualification (desireable)
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of SEN Code of Practise
  • Ability to differentiate lessons to meet diverse learning needs
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to SEN

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
