SEN Teacher – Alternative Provision, High Wycombe

A highly reputable SEN school group is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their specialist alternative provision in High Wycombe. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with additional needs.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Have experience working with students with SEN, including those with complex and challenging needs
  • Demonstrate strong communication, organisational, and behaviour management skills
  • Be able to create and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning styles
  • Show a commitment to promoting inclusivity and supporting positive outcomes for all students
  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Be passionate about supporting vulnerable learners and nurturing their potential
