A highly reputable SEN school group is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their Alternative Provision in New Ferrey. This is a rewarding opportunity to work within a specialized setting, supporting students with a range of complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored learning programs to students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs and other learning difficulties.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent SEN-specific teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience working with students with SEMH needs or within alternative provision.
  • Strong understanding of individualized learning strategies and behavior management techniques.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
  • Excellent communication and team-working skills.
