Permanent SEN Teacher – Ofsted ‘Good’ SEN School – High Wycombe (HP12)

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join a thriving and well-established SEN school in High Wycombe on a permanent basis. The school has been graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted and is committed to providing exceptional education and support for children with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to pupils with a range of special educational needs
  • Plan and implement engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of students
  • Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure each child’s needs are fully supported
  • Monitor and assess pupils' progress, adapting teaching strategies to ensure maximum learning potential
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Experience teaching in a special educational needs (SEN) setting
  • Strong understanding of SEN strategies and best practices
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to helping every child achieve their potential
