A highly reputable SEN school in Kidderminster is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join their permanent staff team from January 2025. The school offers a supportive and dynamic environment, catering to students with a range of special educational needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and emotional and behavioural challenges.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience working with SEN students, preferably in a specialist setting.
  • Strong understanding of differentiated teaching strategies and individualised education plans (IEPs).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
  • A creative and flexible approach to teaching, fostering engagement and progress in students with varying needs.
  • A commitment to promoting inclusion, wellbeing, and academic achievement for all pupils.
