A highly reputable Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Oxford is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join their permanent team starting January 2025. The school provides a supportive and inclusive environment for pupils with diverse learning needs, helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent SEN teaching qualification
  • Proven experience working with children with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech/language difficulties
  • Strong knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and the ability to differentiate instruction
  • Excellent classroom management skills, with a focus on creating a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to support pupil development
  • Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
