SEN Teacher New

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Proven experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, and other learning difficulties.
• Strong understanding of SEN pedagogy and differentiated instruction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals.
• A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting the diverse needs of students.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
