Teaching Personnel are working with a local school and are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to work in their SEN school. Not only will the successful candidate be able to support the students, but also the teacher in daily tasks. This school based in High Wycome works with students with PMLD (ages 3 – 19 years old) Speech, Language and Communication Needs (KS2 level). The position would need to be filled by someone who is kind and friendly, resilient and can take a challenge under their wing! What will the role entail?

  • Supporting students with their learning and development needs and supporting their social and emotional needs
  • Assisting the teacher in planning and delivering lessons
  • Problem solving in the face of a challenge

  • Someone who is willing to learn and undertake training when necessary
