  • Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in their learning and development
  • Assisting teachers in implementing individual education plans for SEN students
  • Providing one-on-one or small group support to SEN students in various educational activities
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the overall development of SEN students

None required, but a passion for education and a willingness to work with SEN students is essential

No specific educational qualifications are required, but experience or training in working with SEN students is beneficial

Prior experience working with SEN students in an educational setting is advantageous

  • Understanding of different learning needs and abilities of SEN students
  • Ability to provide tailored support and assistance to meet individual educational requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting SEN students

Qualifications or training in Special Education Needs (SEN) or related fields would be an advantage

The role may involve working in a classroom or one-on-one setting with SEN students. Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate student needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
