Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit for several posts in a Secondary SEN provision. Class sizes are reduced, and they cater for a wide range of needs and provide an environment that stimulates the children. Most of the children exhibit challenging behaviour in some form and individuals with resilience to appropriately support this is essential.

If you do not have school-based experience however have a passion for education and making a positive impact for pupils with SEN, we want to hear from you! To be successful in any of these roles, you will need to be proactive, nurturing, and flexible.

In particular, a specialist school is looking for two additional support assistants. This provision provides education, care and therapy for children aged 11-19 who have complex learning difficulties, mild learning difficulties and Social, Emotional Mental Health.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
