Education and Training

£77 - £95 Per day

  • Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) in their learning and development
  • Assisting classroom teachers in planning and delivering tailored lessons for SEN pupils
  • Providing one-on-one support to pupils who require additional help
  • Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assisting with classroom management and behaviour strategies
  • Collaborating with other professionals, such as educational psychologists and speech therapists
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Relevant experience working with children or young people with SEN
  • Knowledge of different SEN conditions and appropriate support strategies

Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths

Relevant experience working with children or young people with SEN

  • Understanding of SEN conditions and support strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Additional training in supporting students with specific SEN needs
  • Working within a school setting
  • Full-time hours, temporary position
  • Interacting with children and young people with SEN
  • Potential for additional training and professional development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
