Teaching Personnel are currently seeking Teaching Assistants to support students within our schools in and around the Huntingdon area!

Position Overview: Seeking compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to provide tailored support to students with diverse needs, fostering their academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support and assistance in classroom settings.
  • Foster an inclusive learning environment and assist in developing essential skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers and professionals to monitor student progress and implement behaviour management strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience with SEN students preferred.
  • Relevant education or childcare qualification advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and resilience essential.
  • Full UK driving licence (desireable, not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
