£80 - £90 Per day

• Supporting the teacher in implementing individual education plans for students with special educational needs (SEN)
• Assisting with classroom management and ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Providing one-to-one support to students with SEN in various subjects
• Helping students with personal care needs, if required
• Collaborating with the SENCO and other staff members to address the specific needs of SEN students

• Minimum of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Experience working with students with special educational needs
• Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures related to SEN

Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 3 or equivalent)

Previous experience working with SEN students

• Understanding of SEN strategies and interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Patience and empathy when working with SEN students

• SEN-specific training or certification
• First aid certification

This role involves working in a school environment with students with special educational needs. The working hours are full-time, and the role is temporary in nature.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
