Are you passionate about supporting young girls in their educational and personal development? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Learning/Behaviour Mentor to join a specialized girls' support unit in Okehampton starting in September 2024.

Role Overview: 

Provide one-on-one and group mentoring to support the learning and behavioural needs of students. Assist in creating and implementing individualized learning plans. Support the social and emotional development of students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers, parents, and carers. Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each student. Implement strategies to manage and improve student behaviour, ensuring a safe and conducive learning atmosphere.
