Role Overview: 

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students with SEN one-on-one to help them achieve their learning goals. You will assist the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons tailored to individual needs. Your role includes supporting the social and emotional development of students and fostering a positive learning environment. You will monitor and record progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents. Collaboration with colleagues and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students is also essential.
