A dynamic secondary school in Skelmersdale is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with SEN and SEMH needs.
• Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Work closely with teachers to adapt lessons and resources to meet individual student needs.
• Support students in managing their emotions and behaviours in a constructive manner.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
