Your Role as a SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Provide tailored support to students with SEN, including Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties, Social Emotional & Mental Health needs, Severe Learning Difficulties, and Speech Language & Communication needs.
• Assist in planning and delivering individualised education programs (IEPs) to meet the specific needs of each student.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and development.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure comprehensive support for each student.

We're Looking For in a SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting is essential.
