If you are committed to providing tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), this is your chance to make a real difference.

The Role:

As an SEN Education Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Individual Support: Work with children who have SEN and SEMH needs, offering bespoke support tailored to their unique educational requirements.
  • Engagement: Engage young people facing various barriers to their learning, inspiring them and fostering a positive outlook for their future.
  • Inspiration: Help students overcome challenges and reach their full potential through creative and empathetic support.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Commitment to Safeguarding: A strong understanding and commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
  • Experience with Challenging Behaviours: Proven experience in engaging young people with complex and challenging behaviours.
  • Availability: Full-time availability (5 days per week). Flexibility in days and times, including the option for just mornings or afternoons, is also available.
  • Transport: Access to your own transport and the ability to travel within a 15-mile radius.

Hours of Work:

  • School hours (08:30-15:30) but with flexibility to accommodate your own commitments.
