• Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, including those with Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties, Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs, Severe Learning Difficulties, and Speech, Language, and Communication needs.
• Assist in creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and development.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and specialists to ensure the best outcomes for students with SEN.

• Individuals with experience or a strong interest in working with children with special educational needs.
