Key Responsibilities of an SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, ensuring they have equal access to education.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
• Support classroom activities and help manage student behavior to create a positive learning environment.
• Work closely with teachers and other support staff to monitor student progress and adjust support strategies as needed.

We're Looking For in an SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Experience working with children with special educational needs, including Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties, Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs, Severe Learning Difficulties, and Speech, Language & Communication needs.
• A patient and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills.
