Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team full-time, working with Key Stage 2 (KS2) and Key Stage 3 (KS3) students. In this role, you will support children in accessing education and engaging in intervention experiences tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality support to SEN students in KS2 and KS3.
  • Assisting in the planning and implementation of intervention activities to enhance learning.
  • Supporting small class sizes to ensure a focused and supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to develop and adapt educational materials.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and development.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with SEN students.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a car with business insurance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
