Role Requirements:
We are looking for Teaching Assistants of varying levels and experience to fill multiple positions. The successful candidates will:

Support Classroom Activities: Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons, tailored to the needs of each student.

Personalized Learning: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them to achieve their learning goals.

Behaviour Management: Implement and support positive behaviour management strategies to create a safe and productive learning environment.

Individual Education Plans (IEPs): Assist in the development and implementation of IEPs, ensuring that each student receives personalized support.

Communication: Foster strong relationships with students, staff, and parents, maintaining clear and open lines of communication.

Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in SEN education.

Qualifications and Experience:
Level 2 Teaching Assistants: Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning, and some experience working in an educational setting.

Level 3 Teaching Assistants: Advanced qualifications such as a Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning, with significant experience working with children with special educational needs.

Senior Teaching Assistants: Extensive experience in SEN education, relevant higher-level qualifications, and the ability to lead and mentor other staff members.
