1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) - Alternative Provision in Saltash
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with additional needs? We are seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and dynamic team at an alternative provision in Saltash. This role involves working closely with a student with an Educational Healthcare Plan (EHCP), supporting them to access the curriculum and thrive in their learning environment.
As a 1:1 SEN TA, you will collaborate with class teachers, on-site experts, and specialists to ensure the student receives the best possible support. Your primary focus will be to understand and meet the unique needs of the student, helping them to build confidence, independence, and a positive school experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
