We are delighted to be partnering with an Ofsted-rated "Good" primary school located in Croydon, currently looking for a passionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a well-regarded two-form entry mainstream school committed to supporting students with a range of abilities, including those with communication and interaction challenges, as well as cognitive disorders.

T
he ideal candidate will have experience working with children with autism (ASD) and be confident in providing support within a classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 support to an autistic pupil in either KS1 or KS2.
• Plan and deliver intervention sessions for SEN groups.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Follow and implement targets from pupils' EHCPs (Education, Health, and Care Plans).
• Track and monitor pupil progress.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant.
• Strong understanding of supporting children with autism.
• An Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks are required.
• Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history, with explanations for any gaps.
• You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
