Teaching Personnel are recruiting an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant (to work within a mainstream classroom) for a highly-rated primary school in Croydon.

Position Details
• Start Date: October 2024
• Role Duration: Full-time, until the end of the academic year
• Daily Pay Rate: £90.00 - £100
• Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm

About the Role:
• 1:1 S
upport: Provide dedicated support for a student with Autism.
• Focus Assistance: Help the student stay focused and on task, communicate, feel comfortable within the classroom and interact with students.

Requirements:
• Experience: Must have experience with ASD and mainstream KS2 students.
• Engagement Skills: Ability to encourage, motivate, and engage children.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
