The role

As a Learning Support Assistant at this primary school, you will be required to deliver in-class, 1:1 and small group interventions across KS1 and KS2, as well as having a genuine passion for working with young people within this rewarding environment. Your regular input will make a positive difference and contribution to both the children’s learning experience and personal growth.

The ideal Learning Support Assistant (LSA) will:
• Be committed to the school’s high standards and ethos
• Be flexible and adaptable and enjoy working with young people.
• Have a good sense of humour and be compassionate
• Be a great communicator to pupils and staff
• Have prior relevant experience working with children in a school setting (desirable)
