What You’ll Do:

- Collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored learning strategies that meet each child’s unique needs.
- Help children engage with the curriculum through innovative and adaptive techniques, fostering a love for learning.
- Promote the school’s values of kindness, creativity, and resilience, ensuring all pupils feel valued and included.
We’re Looking For:- Experience working with children with SEN or a strong desire to make a difference in their lives.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, ready to engage children with varied learning needs and behavioural challenges.
