SEN Teaching Assistant – Wigan Secondary School (Start ASAP)

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Wigan. If you are passionate about helping students with special educational needs (SEN) and want to make a real difference in their lives, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN.
  • Assist in delivering tailored learning activities to help students meet their educational goals.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
  • Help manage behaviour and encourage positive social interactions.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with special educational needs.
