Behaviour Mentors Needed – Secondary School in Salford

We are seeking confident and dedicated Behaviour Mentors to join a secondary school in Salford. This role is perfect for individuals with experience or a passion for supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and helping manage behaviour within a classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with SEN in their learning and social development.
  • Manage and improve classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Work one-on-one or with small groups to engage students in their education.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to create tailored support plans for students.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Confidence in managing challenging behaviour and maintaining a calm classroom.
  • Experience working with students with SEN is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
  • A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach.
