Teaching Personnel is seeking passionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support multiple schools across Cambridge. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs (SEN).
• Assist classroom teachers with lesson delivery and support student engagement.
• Help create a safe and positive learning environment for all students.
• Support the development of individual learning plans and goals.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people, ideally within an SEN environment.
• A positive, patient, and adaptable approach to working with students.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for making a difference in the lives of SEN students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
