Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (Must drive) – Wimborne 

Location: Wimborne
Job Type: Full-time, January Start
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

We are a market-leading education agency, currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a school in Wimborne. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with special educational needs and must have a valid driving license.

  • Support students with special educational needs in their learning and development.
  • Work closely with the teaching staff to ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Assist with transportation or accompany students when needed.
  • Help implement individual education plans (IEPs) and manage behavior.
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Experience working with SEN students (preferred).
  • A full, clean driving license is essential.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively.
  • DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
