SEN Teaching Assistant

SEN Teaching Assistants required in Frome.

We are a market-leading education agency, currently seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our schools in and around Frome. The ideal candidates will have experience working with children with special educational needs and must have a valid driving license.

• Support students with special educational needs in their learning and development.
• Work closely with the teaching staff to ensure a positive learning environment.
• Assist with transportation or accompany students when needed.
• Help implement individual education plans (IEPs) and manage behavior.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.

• Experience working with SEN students (preferred).
• A full, clean driving license is essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively.
• DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
