? Teaching Personnel are working with a fantastic SEN Primary School in Crawley, and we’re looking for enthusiastic and energetic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their team. If you’re passionate about working with children and want to support pupils with Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), mobility challenges, and behavioural needs, this full-time, permanent role could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engage & Support: Work alongside class teachers to deliver fun, interactive lessons that help pupils thrive in their learning.
  • One-on-One & Group Assistance: Provide tailored support to students, helping them with both academic tasks and personal development.
  • Be a Positive Influence: Build strong relationships with pupils, helping them grow in confidence and feel supported in all aspects of school life.
  • Assist with Mobility & Personal Care: Help ensure students are comfortable and well-supported throughout the day.
  • Manage Behaviour: Use positive strategies to help students overcome challenges and create a calm, encouraging classroom environment.
