Salary: £90 - £100 Per day

1. Provide support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in classroom settings.

2. Assist teachers in implementing individual education plans for students with SEN.

3. Support students with learning difficulties in accessing the curriculum.

4. Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

5. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development.

- Relevant experience working with students with SEN

- Good understanding of SEN strategies and interventions

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths

- Additional qualifications in Special Educational Needs are desirable

- Previous experience working in a school or educational setting

- Experience supporting students with SEN

- Knowledge of SEN best practises and strategies

- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students with SEN

- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

- Additional training in behaviour management or safeguarding

- Full-Time position with regular school hours

- Work within a supportive and collaborative educational environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
