As an SEN tutor with TP Tutors, you'll play a crucial role in supporting students with SEN in subjects such as Maths, English, and Sciences. Whether working in person or online or home environments, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of these students.

This role is located in the Northamptonshire area.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, tailoring lessons to their unique learning needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized learning programs that cater to the specific challenges and strengths of each student.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes confidence, independence, and academic success.

Requirements:

  • Hold a QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) certificate.
  • Previous experience working with students with SEN is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting students with SEN.
  • Possess a valid and current child workforce Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

  • Bespoke online reporting platform- 24/7 access to enable you to log immediate attendance details, feedback and assessments.
  • Online classroom platform- to enable you to deliver online tuition to students in a virtual environment. This platform offers all the tools you will require to deliver online tuition and is recorded for safeguarding purposes and for revision purposes.
  • Hourly rate of £25- £30 which is paid weekly
  • Access to free safeguarding and CPD courses as well as free access to assessment tools and resources.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
