  • Provide tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
  • Implement strategies to help students overcome learning barriers and achieve academic success
  • Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support students' holistic development
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs

Relevant qualifications in Education or related field

Prior experience working as an SEN tutor or in a similar role

  • Understanding of SEN policies and practises
  • Ability to create engaging and accessible learning materials
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Additional training or certification in SEN education
  • Experience in creating Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Part-time hours
  • Temporary position
  • Work in educational settings such as schools or learning centres

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
