We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Tutor to join our team in England, Greater London, specifically in Richmond. This is a temporary position, and the successful candidate is expected to work part-time hours.

  • Provide individualised support and tuition to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Create tailored learning plans to meet the specific needs of each student.
  • Implement strategies to support students in achieving academic success.
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students with SEN.
  • A relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs.
  • Demonstrated experience working with students with SEN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A degree in Education or a related field.

Proven experience working with students with SEN.

  • In-depth understanding of SEN requirements and teaching strategies.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

The role of SEN Tutor may involve working in a classroom environment or providing tuition in a student's home. The working hours will be part-time, and the salary range is £20 - £25 per hour.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
